Registration for Otago TOUR 306 course

1) Complete and submit Otago course application form to me today (2 copies)

2) Submit passport / citizenship document to me today -> will be copied, certified, and original returned to TREN main office for pick-up by tomorrow morning

3) Submit completed Brock transcript request form to me today

OCTOBER 15 FEE PAYMENT

• $2500 installment

due at Brock Finance Office before Oct 15

• use Payment Form 3: Otago course fees, student visa fees, etc.

• $2500 installment

+ $200 refundable St. Margaret’s College damage deposit
