All About Me

My name is Hannah. I am 12 years old. I am in fifth
grade.
My Family
My family consists of my mom, my dad, my older sister Amy, and
me. My dad is the oldest person out of his brothers and sisters. On
my dad’s side of the family, the second oldest is Uncle Chad. I’m
not sure who is next in line age wise, but I do know that Aunt
Heather and Aunt Ember aren’t that many years apart. Uncle Chad
is married to Aunt Kim, Aunt heather is married to Uncle Kevin,
Aunt Ember is married to Uncle Stanley, and my dad is obviously
married to my mom. On my mom’s side my mom is the youngest. My
mom’s only sibling is Uncle Mark, who teaches music in Texas. Aunt
Heather has two kids, Payton and Perry Heemstra, so, as you can
see, my family isn’t that small. Grandma Perry and Great-Grandma
Williams are both on my dad’s side of the family.
Favorite Things
My favorite food is peanut chicken. My favorite places to be
(so far) are Mackinaw Island, Portage, Indiana, Caledonia,
Michigan, Lansing, Michigan, Indianapolis, Indiana, and
Grand Rapids, Michigan. I love to go to places that are not
busy or crowded like New York and Chicago. I love to ride
my bike and have races with my sister. I also enjoy cooking
that involves getting dirty. Some other activities I enjoy are
swimming, wrestling, and fishing, though I always feel sorry
for the fish. I also love to travel on airplanes, even if it freaks
me out when they take off and land. I love heights but they
scare me (Confusing, right?). I think that’s all of my favorites
for now.
My House

My house isn’t huge, but I like it small. I just couldn’t
imagine living in a two-story house (or an actual house
for that matter.) I guess you could say that I enjoy
living in a small place. I am sort of encouraged to clean
because of the size of my house, which is a good thing in
some cases. My house consists of one bathroom, a small
kitchen, a living room, and three bedrooms (one of them
was turned into my dad’s studio.)
My Favorite Animals
One of my favorite kind of
animals would have to be
sloths-specifically baby
sloths. To me, they’re just
the most adorable critters
ever. (Of course, this is me
talking.) I can’t honestly say
what my most favorite
type of animal is, though.
There are too many options.
My Favorite Subject
I think my favorite subjects would have to be social
studies, writing, and math. I like math and social
studies because they both challenge you in their own
ways. I like- no, love- writing because it allows me to
be creative and gives me an opportunity to share my
ideas and the little adventures that go on in my
world.
My Favorite Books
My favorite books are The Girl Who Could
Fly, Fablehaven, Beyonders, The Alchemyst, So
You Want to Be a Wizard, and The Gateway to
Foo. I also enjoy reading manga such as Pichi
Pichi Pitch, I Am Here!, and Tokyo Mew Mew.
I know for sure that I like a lot of other books,
but these are the only ones I can think of at
the moment.
My Hobbies
My hobbies are building paper models, shopping,
drawing, writing, reading, hanging out with my friends,
daydreaming, and doing nothing (if that counts.).
My Music
My favorite songs are mostly by Owl City, Adele,
and Vocaloids. I also love listening to the
Earthworm Jim soundtracks.
Favorite TV Shows
My favorite TV shows are Wild Wild West (the old one),
Hogan’s Heroes, I Love Lucy, Pichi Pichi Pitch, Tokyo Mew
Mew, Batman, and Batman Beyond.
Places I Want to Go
I would like to go to Japan, Maine, Hawaii,
Canada, Ireland, the Netherlands, France,
Washington, California, and Oregon.
What I want to be
when I grow up
When I grow up, I want to be a writer,
an animal rescuer, an artist,a movie
producer, or a counselor.
