Students who take AP courses stand out to college admissions and scholarship committees are more likely to graduate from college
May receive college credit for AP courses taken in high school when students earn at least a 3 or higher on AP exams

Consumer
Science II will no longer be offered in
8 th grade
This class will replace an elective for students needing additional support in Math and
Reading classes based on their performance on the
STAAR Test.
Students who meet the following requirements for one six
Week period will gain TOP TITANS status and opportunities to earn rewards each 6 weeks.
Requirements:
• Maintain an 85 average in all classes
• Be free of office referrals
• Perform a minimum of 5 Community
