O. General Information:
The Omicron-Eta Chapter of Kappa Sigma will be hosting its sixth "Strongman Competition," a
major charity event at Nova Southeastern University in conjunction with the Florida Brain
Tumor Association. Power lifters will compete in traditional weightlifting events, segmented by
weight category, to earn the title of "Strongman," while supporting the Florida Brain Tumor
societies cause through the raising of funds for treatment and awareness of its effects in our
communities.
There are several levels of sponsorship available. The highest and most valued sponsorship is
the platinum Strongman Event Sponsor, the sponsor is entitled to, but not limited to, public
relations campaign on event flyers, posters, and apparel. As well as radio and other media
campaigns. Platinum sponsors may also table their products at and during the event and may
also choose one (1) event to sponsor during the event (subject to availability).
0.1 Purpose:
The value of the event is to educate individuals on the effects of Brain Cancer and raise funds to
help treat people with the disorder; improve institutional and community relations; increase
sponsor brand awareness through print and media advertisements; and recognize an
international sport which has helped support the studies of fitness and nutrition while
educating millions on how to maintain a healthier lifestyle.

(All events are open to NSU students, faculty, administrators, participants, and spectators-local
and regional) Events are subjected to change until two weeks prior to competition

The following sponsorship commitments are available for the 2015 Strongman Charity
Competition:
Bronze Sponsor: $150+
1. Included on print and radio campaigns
Silver Sponsor: $250+
1. Included in on event memorabilia (Ex. T-shirts, etc.)

Gold Sponsorship: $350+
1. Table to market your product or services during the event. (Tents not provided)

Note: Money for the charity will be raised through event sponsorship, donations, sales
of merchandise, and entry fees for participants. We understand that participating NSU
students may be charged. All proceeds will be donated to the Florida Brain Tumor
Association.

Sponsorship Agreement
On this day ________________, 2015 the Omicron-Eta chapter of Kappa Sigma has proposed
a sponsorship agreement to ___________________ limited to only the following terms and
conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
TERM OF CONTRACT
The term of this contract shall commence on the date of signing and continue until the seventeenth of
April 2015 or where either of the parties terminates pursuant to the terms and conditions of this
contract.

SPONSORSHIP RIGHTS AND BENEFITS
a. Grant of Sponsorship Rights to [____________________]
(a) Kappa Sigma grants to [___________________] a sponsorship right in the Platinum,
Gold, Silver or Bronze category.
b. Sponsorship Benefits to [_____________________]
(b) [____________________] will be entitled to the following Sponsorship Benefits:
i. Bronze – Included in media and printing campaigns
ii. Silver – Included in memorabilia in addition to bronze level
iii. Gold – Allowed to table at event all day in addition to silver level
iv. Platinum – Allowed to personally sponsor one specific event in addition to gold
level

Right to Use Official NF Logo to Promote Sponsorship

the non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty free license to reproduce and display the
[______________________] logo during the term of this agreement in order to promote
its sponsorship of the Strongman Competition.
By signing this contract, there is an obligation by both of the signing parties and none of the requests or
