Step Two:
Research basic facts about each of the three elements you chose. Use the forms on pages 3, 4, 5 of this packet to record
your research.

Step Three:
Decide whether you will create an advertisement or a comic book page. Choose the element you will feature in your
advertisement or comic book page.
Step Four:
A. If you have chosen an advertisement, go to page 6 and answer the questions in order to plan your advertisement.
B. If you have chosen a comic book page, go to page 7 and answer the questions in order to plan your comic.
Step Five:
Read the requirements for project you have chosen. Obtain the paper and other supplies you will need. Sketch out a
rough draft of your project.
Step Six:
Complete your project by the deadline.


Six panels minimum, on an 8 ½ x 11 inch sheet (but you can ask for 81/2 x 14 or 11 x 17 if you need it)

The name, symbol, and uses of your element are included in the comic

At least four other facts about your element are included in the comic

Comic includes at least two characters and a partial plot

Must be in color
