Recruitment
Recruitment
• Goal: to find women with the same values & desire
for sisterhood as we do
• Our recruitment comes from having and cosponsoring events, networking with many groups
across campus and letting the campus know who we
are, what we stand for, and why we are here
• Through all these recruitment opportunities that we
participated and coordinated, we have increased the
number of ladies interested in our organization
Recruitment Events
• Club Fair
• CPB Club Expo
• Meet the Greeks
• Informational
• Socials
Potential New Members
• Allowed a group of potential women to come
together and reach a comfort level with us and
with each other
• New approach: give them personal invitations to
all of our events and have more personal time
with them
• We gave them the option of coming to the
beginning of our chapter meeting, participate in
our academic plan
