A New Food Program @ D-B !
There are 4 coolers located in the front of the cafeteria.
Please put any unopened food/drink in the
coolers. This can be used for students who may need
extra for lunch. At the end of the week , we will see
how much we have and make a donation to an
organization that can use the food and drink.
FBLA State paperwork extension!!
All FBLA State paperwork and initial payment
are due to Mrs. Arbaugh
by Thursday, March 5th at 3:00!
You will not be registered to compete if you do
not meet the deadline!!
There will be an informational meeting for
parents/students TODAY (March 3) @ 5:30pm, in
the Little Theatre for any student interested in trying
out for the Spirit Shaker dance team.
Try-out practices will be conducted in the dome from
5:30-7:30 on March 16, 17, and 18. Tryouts will be
during the same time on Thursday, 3/19.

Program
Eligible: High school seniors, not previously or
currently enrolled in a Cosmetology course. For

Scholarship Sweepstakes

ETSU - Fine & Performing
Arts Scholars Program
The Fine & Performing Arts Scholars Program (FPA) offers a
multidisciplinary approach to studying all of the arts – with access
to our best faculty and local experts in a wide range of fields – from
the visual arts and music, to theatre and dance, digital media, and
creative writing.
The competitive program is open to students who have earned a
cumulative high school GPA of 2.75 or higher; and, a composite
ACT score of 22 or higher, or, an SAT score of 1050 or higher (math
and reading only).

Athnet Sports Recruiting Scholarship
Award: $1,000
Eligibility: Current or former athlete at the high school or college level and
must be a current college student or high school senior entering college.
How to Enter: Write a 400-500 word essay describing how the lessons
learned through playing sports have positively impacted you as you pursue
your college education.

Association
MTSU Alumni Scholarship
Awarded to MTSU bound high school seniors. Academic
achievement, financial need, good work ethic, community
outreach, and valuing education are taken into consideration.
Award Amount: $500 for an academic year.

Stan and Thelma Plumlee Scholarship
Eligibility:
 student must either live in a manufactured home, work in the
industry or have a relative who works in the manufactured
housing industry.
