“What I’ve learned from Master Moody is that kids don’t
have a concept of time. If you ask a child if they want $10
now or $50 next week, they will take the NOW. When you
don’t reward him now, he will find something else to do
that isn’t beneficial like video games, or watching TV or
another activity that is just a ‘game’. When they like
something that’s beneficial like this, you have to ‘lock it in’.
