experienced counselor that will last about
1 hour.

• Non-judgmental, unbiased financial counseling based on
their individual goals and needs.
• Discussion of options for the client to choose what is the
right path for them.
• A complete Budget and Action plan that will be sent to them
with solutions and educational tools to help them achieve their
goals.

• Averages $35 per month
• Based on total amount of debt being managed
• Not recommended unless it will be a benefit to the
client (counselors do not have quotas to meet or receive
incentives for setups – fewer than 33% of those counseled will set
up on a DMP)
