Once logged in, complete both the mandatory “Add Trip” and “Emergency Record” U.S. Department of State - Smart Traveler Enrollment Program 4. Purchase International Health Insurance*: All students are required to have appropriate health insurance, including evacuation and repatriation coverage, for the duration of their time abroad. To facilitate this requirement the UT Austin has contracted with Cultural Insurance Services International to provide a high quality, low cost plan. To purchase the UT policy, CLICK HERE UT Sponsor Code = UTX-SE Program Name = (name of your organization of class) Participant ID = UTEID * Effective August 2011, all students covered by the Student Travel Policy for International Locations will be charged the Internation Insurance Coverage Fee (IICF).
