There are two sight word lists written at the bottom this week. The first list are the words students have been studying and the quiz on those will be Tuesday
(tomorrow). The second list are the words
that will be introduced on Wednesday.
The quiz on those words will be next
Thursday (Feb. 13).
Since the students have been rereading
“The Sleeping Pig” for so long with all of our time out please feel free to read other books at home instead of that story. The
important thing is that they spend at least
10 minutes reading each night. Hopefully we will be at school all week next week and can move on to a new story and get back to our routines!
Remember to fill out and sign the reading log at the bottom of this page each night after your child has read for 10 minutes.
