The PPBC Health Ministry, The PPBC Nursery, The PPBC Video Tape Ministry, The
Tutorial Program with the PP Boys & Girls’ Club, The PPBC Kitchen Kaptains, The Cub
Scouts. PPBC Transportation Ministry is seeking individuals to drive the Van and the Shuttle
Bus. All personnel are required to have a valid driver’s license and to undergo a criminal background
check. The church will pay the fees for those certifying for a chauffeur’s license.

Christmastide
Emmanuel—the sense of the Presence of God—has debuted among us, marking the 1st day of
Christmastide, December 25th. Now, joyfully we progress with wise men or shepherds to behold
Him who has come. We mark His debut to the world on Epiphany—January 6th, being the 12th
day of Christmas, which commemorates the manifestation of God to the world through Jesus
that culminates with Easter. The radiant colors—gold, red, white—symbolize the revelation of
Him who is here but not like us and who dares to be here with us! movement is from cradle to cross
to crown. Beyond Epiphany, once the Presence is recognized, Kingdom-business surges like
never before, as the longing and sin-sickened world appreciates, even accommodates, the L
ORD
.
Now, acknowledge the Almighty! We are in the presence of Majesty! Come, let us adore Him!
Prayer for Christmastide
O Thou who art Eternal, the Creator of heaven and earth: Thank You for showing Thy grace
and mercy to us through Jesus of Nazareth our Master. Thank You for coming to us in Thy
truth and granting us fellowship in Thy Spirit. O L
ORD
, as we celebrate this season of Thy
coming, as we remember Thy manifestation among us in human life, re-birth us, strengthen our
resolve, and re-kindle Thy Power within us, that we may behold Thy will and way, that we may be
humble in our dealings with one another, that we may submit to Thee in sacrifice, and that we may
serve Thee in compassion toward one another. Grant us a new glimpse of Thy glory and a
greater guarantee of Thy grace, that we know that Thou art God and besides Thee there is
none other. Touch us with the awe and majesty of Thy Presence, that we may welcome Thee,
“His Coming”
entertain Thy grace, and enjoy Thy glory among us. L
