DEKKER Vacuum Technologies Returns to
Topsides, Platforms & Hulls Conference & Exhibition
Michigan City, IN (January 15, 2016) – DEKKER Vacuum Technologies, a leader in
compressor and vacuum pump solutions for the oil, gas and chemical industries, is “on
board” with offshore oil production, exhibiting at Booth # 916 of the sixth annual
Topsides, Platforms & Hulls Conference & Exhibition, to be held in Galveston, Texas,
on February 9-11, 2016.
Topsides, Platforms & Hulls is the offshore oil and gas industry’s only event dedicated
to topsides, platforms and hulls for both deep and shallow water. “Topsides” is the
upper half of an offshore oil platform (above the sea level) on which the production
equipment is installed.

operation and sizing of rough, medium and high vacuum pumps and low-pressure
compression systems, with a current focus on the oil and gas/chemical marketplace.
Dressander is a sales and marketing executive with more than 18 years of experience
in project management, business-to-business sales and marketing and brand
development, with a focus on air handling and rotating equipment.
Desiderio noted that federal offshore oil production in the Gulf of Mexico represents
nearly one-fifth of total U.S. crude oil production. He said, “While the oil industry is
currently in a downturn, offshore production remains a foundation of the U.S. economy.
