I think summer is the best season for travelling.
Firstly, it’s warm and it’s comfortable to travel.
Secondly, you can make a lot of tours on foot, by bus or by ship.
If I could travel to England, I’d like to visit it in July.
I’d like to visit London. Why?
Because in London there are many places of interest: the tower of London, Westminster Abbey, the
houses of Parliament and Big Ben, Hyde Park.
You can make very interesting and useful tours.
But I‘d like to watch “Trooping the Colour’’ ceremony.
It takes place on the second Saturday in June when the English celebrate their Queen’s official birthday.
There is the Birthday Parade: the soldiers in beautiful uniforms ride and march along the Mall.
The Queen rides in front of them.
You can hear music and see bright flags high in the sky, it’s very beautiful.
I think summer is the best season for travelling.

Easter Sunday is the day when Christians celebrate Christ`s return to live.On this day many people go
to church.
Celebrating Halloween is a very old tradition. People make lamps of pumkins. Long ago people
thought that on 31 October spirits of the dead came back.
Guy Fawkes`s Night is on 5th November.When it gets dark, people go out into the streets and watch
beautiful fireworks.
People in Britain celebrate Christmas on 25 December. On Christmas Day everyone opens presents
and sits down to table to have a big dinner.Families usually have turkey or goose with vegetables.The day
after Christmas is Boxing Day.People often use this day to give some money to people who helped them
during the year.
