Synopsis
:
This purpose of the course is to provide the student with mathematical
techniques to help them to make better decisions in the business problems.
Topics include: Matrix Algebra, Financial Mathematics, Differential Calculus and
Integral Calculus.
Course Outcome (CO) :
At the end of this course the student should be able to:
CO1: Student should able to identify and apply the knowledge of matrix
algebra to solve the business models
CO2: Student should able to identify and apply the knowledge in
mathematics to solve the financial problems
CO3: Student should able to apply the knowledge of Differential Calculus
and select suitable methods to solve the business problems
CO4: Student should able to apply the knowledge of Integral Calculus
and select suitable methods to solve the business problems
