Student Donation - Opt-Out Request Full-time students who choose to opt out will receive a credit to their tuition account. Requests for the credit to your account must be completed and submitted by September 30, 2015. If you have a tuition balance owing the opt-out will be applied to your tuition balance owing. If your tuition is fully paid a refund will be available at the beginning of November 2015. An email will be sent early November providing when and where the refund will be available. Cheques not picked up will be mailed to the address on file with the Office of the Registrar. Visit www.registrar.uwo.ca to update your address. New Direct Deposit for Undergraduate/Professional students (tuition refunds only). To Enroll: Log into your Student Center account. Click on "Enroll in Direct Deposit" in the Finances section, and input your banking information. It takes 3 business days from when the refund is issued for the funds to be deposited into bank. Please note that refunds will not be issued until early November for opt outs. You must be registered as a full-time student in one of the following Faculties/Schools to be eligible for the credit. Part-time students, students at Affiliated Colleges and graduate students (other than Kinesiology) have not contributed and are therefore not eligible.
