Please check in with your child about his/her homework and check that it meets your level of expectation. Reading to be recorded in agendas next to icon of reading person at the bottom of the page. Students are to record title of A.R. book and page numbers or chapters read. Mon – Thurs (20 min.) Math: Quick Check. 3-5 problems with a “Writing to Explain” question each night. Nightly math facts practice. XtraMath, Flash Cards, Apps, etc. Language Arts: Iconic Prompt Reading Response Journal (HW Journal). One question per night as assigned. Extra Homework: Unfinished class assignments, typing practice on Typing Agent (can be accessed from Student Links at home). Teacher – Parent Communication Grade reports sent home periodically. Completed / corrected student work will be sent home to be reviewed and signed and will then be filed until conference time.
