RHND Network Self Registration
• To register for an account, complete the
electronic form:

• This gives us the information we need to
build your account in the data collection
and reporting systems.
RHND Network Self Registration
• After submitting your self-registration, an
account will be created for you.
• You will receive an e-mail with instructions
and a temporary password.

• REDCap is the tool that will be used for
data collection.
• Log in to REDCap using your newly
created RHND Account

• The first-time login will send a verification
e-mail.
• After you verify your new REDCap
Account, the appropriate data collection
projects will be added to your account.
• This step is a manual process and may
take up to 5 business days to complete.

• Log in to REDCap
using your RHND
Network account
• Click on the My
Projects tab.

• This screen also has
the ability to search
for previously entered
records, whether they
are complete or not.

patient demographics
and encounter data.

Complete
• Click Save and go to
Next Form

as appropriate, in
accordance with the
EDTC Specifications
Manual.
• A link to the manual is
available to the left of
the data entry form.
