

Processed Export Documentation (Invoicing, Banking, Letter of Credit and Customs) and
verified logistical documents such AWB, BL, FORM A, Shipping Bill and EP Copy.
Analysed freight quotations from forwarders and managed Logistic and Customs
operations post shipment pick up from Warehouse.
Negotiated payment terms with clients and regulated non-advance documents, namely
Bill of Exchnages (for DP payment), Letter of Credit and Delivery Acceptance Notes.
Supervised and forecasted production planning of Leather in Tannery. Implemented and
accomplished “re-development” of Vegetable Tanned Cow leather, achieving 7% cost
price reduction in 6 months, resulting in an increment of 2% profit margin.
Scrutinized Manufacturing Inventory of raw materials such as Raw hides and Chemicals
and drafted purchase orders. Reviewed and simplified stock keeping book to identify and
prevent unnecessary spoilage and embezzlement.
Researched, inspected and improved QC of Leather before passed on for cutting and
fabrication. Assorted production of different leather qualities in single batch, therby
trimming average cost of leather by 5%.
Represented and marketed Leather and Leather Goods in numerous international trade
exhibitions and initiated business opportunities, to procure purchase order, with overseas
potential buyers and buying houses. Notably succeeded in negotiations with CARPISA,
Italy; BENVENUTI, Romania, TRI-INTL, Germany and NANU NANA, Germany.
