• Developing Audit Committee (one volunteer

• Setting up relationships with UB and RIT for
speaking and educational opportunities and
garnering interest in the field (three
volunteers to date)

• WorldatWork certification course C12
Variable Pay held in May in Niagara Falls
• 15 individuals took course; 11 from UTRA
and one individual each from Rochester, St.
Louis, Erie and Wausau
• Seven signed up so far for September course

Communications in Total Rewards in May
and C1 Regulatory Environments for
Compensation Progress in September
• Networking lunch implemented at April
meeting successful; today’s luncheon is first
in the Rochester area
• October meeting host in the Buffalo area is
needed: topic to be determined
