NSIRT
Huawei Network Security Incident Response Team (Huawei NSIRT ), a team
responsible for network security, provides emergency solutions and services with
regard to network security for the entire telecommunications network.
Huawei has been attaching great importance to the security of products and solutions
and customer satisfaction with the security of products and solutions and improving the
product security quality. Huawei has been providing world-class security products and
solutions for the telecom carriers and enterprise customers all over the world since the
year 2002. Up to now, Huawei serves more than 100 carriers and numerous enterprise
customers from more than 40 countries and regions in the world.
Huawei establishes a powerful technical support platform and possesses a perfect
system of R&D and global product delivery. Based on the deep understanding of
telecommunication services and sustained investment in enterprise customers, Huawei
gathers rich experience on telecommunication security services through a mass of
projects and fully affirmed by the communications industry and national authoritative
certification organizations. Huawei was awarded "Class A in Supporting Security Service
for Information Systems" in August 2003, "Class A in Supporting System Integration for
Computer Information" in December 2004, "Class A in Supporting National Emergency
Response Service" in August 2008, and completed the Olympic security work
successfully.
Huawei Network Security Incident Response Team (HW NSIRT) is responsible for
organizing the security resources inside and outside Huawei, monitoring, analyzing,
and advising the risks and vulnerabilities that threaten the network and computer
security, taking timely and effective emergency measures against major security
events, keeping the user service run normally, and coordinating the user to make
security precautions.
HW NSIRT security experts are from Huawei Security Service Team, Security Solution
Dept, Telecom Network and Service Security Lab, security team of each product line, or
other departments. With rich product knowledge and work experience in the security
field, security experts can provide the best security service for customers.

2002-01 Huawei established the security team.
2002-08 Huawei won the award of "Class A in Supporting System Integration
for Telecommunications Networks".
2003-08 Huawei won the award of "Class A in Supporting Security Service for
Information Systems".
2004-08 Huawei passed "BS7799 International Authentication in Information
Security".
2004-12 Huawei won the award of "Class A in Supporting System Integration
for Computer Information".
2005-05 Huawei passed "BS15000 International Authentication in IT Service
Management".
2005-10 Huawei established the first "Attack and Defense Laboratory for
Telecommunications Networks and Applications".




2006-01 Huawei became one of the national technical support organizations
for network and information security in providing security information.
2007-05 Huawei Storage and Network Security Co. Ltd was successfully
established.
2008-07 Huawei became one of the technical support organizations for
information security for the security defense team in the 29th Beijing Olympic
Games.
2008-08 Huawei won the award of "Class A in Supporting National Emergency
Response Service".
