The Graduate Programme Graduate Programme Objectives The objective of the Graduate Programme is to recruit and develop young talents who have the potential to become leaders in the future and strenghten our existing talent pipeline Graduates Programme – Global process Recruitment Induction & Team Building Placement 1 Training week 1 Placement 2 Training week 2 Placement 3 Placement 4 Training week 3 Training week 4 • 2 year programme including 4 missions of approximately 6 months each • One week training programme in Belgium between each placement • Each participant will be supported by a career Mentor over the whole programme together with dedicated Managers for each module Landing 3 Graduate Programme paths Operations/G F Path • Prod (Home site) • Prod (abroad) • Logistic • QA/Validation Procurement Path • Global Procurement • Global Procurement Development Path • In depth vaccine project understanding • Cross-project • Local Procurement • Clinical Operations • Customer • Customer • Same length, nr of placements and start date •Common Induction and centralized learning events • Similar salary revision and grading path Challenges and Opportunities Clear Objectives will be set at the beginning of each placement and performance will be assessed throughout the programme Each participant will be given the opportunity to present at least once to the Leadership Team Each participant will be expected to share knowledge and learnings among the group at the end of each placement Development & Training During the program, each participant will be expected to demonstrate learning and development in the following 4 areas. The program coordinator, the Mentor and the mission Manager will support each participant in establishing a customised training and development program. On top of the in-role development, the participant will be provided with a one week training programme in Belgium between each placement Maximise your Leadership potential Give you the technical skills you need for the programme and for your future career Equip you to get ready for your future Management roles Be aware of yourself to contribute and continually improve. There will be a financial support for international assignments Trainees performance is reviewed every 6 month based on periodic objectives reviews Base Salary is reviewed (but not automatically increased) every 6 month based on performance evaluation, local market salary evolution, target base salary at the end of the 2 years In order to apply Mobility is required for the duration of the program. Aspiration for an international career is essential.
