• 2 year programme including 4 missions of approximately 6 months each

Challenges and Opportunities
Clear Objectives will be set at the beginning of each placement and performance will
be assessed throughout the programme
Each participant will be given the opportunity to present at least once to the
Leadership Team
Each participant will be expected to share knowledge and learnings among the group
at the end of each placement
Development & Training
During the program, each participant will be expected to demonstrate learning and development in
the following 4 areas.
The program coordinator, the Mentor and the mission Manager will support each participant in
establishing a customised training and development program.
On top of the in-role development, the participant will be provided with a one week training
programme in Belgium between each placement

Pay & Benefits
A competitive pay and benefits package as for all GSK employees.
There will be a financial support for international assignments
Trainees performance is reviewed every 6 month based on periodic objectives
reviews
Base Salary is reviewed (but not automatically increased) every 6 month based
on performance evaluation, local market salary evolution, target base salary at the
end of the 2 years
In order to apply

Mobility is required for the duration of the program. Aspiration for an international career is
essential.

Languages: Fluency in local language and English required/other languages are desirable

Technical qualification: The candidate must demonstrate strong intellectual skills with a
maximum 2 years post graduate experience
 For the Operations and Development programmes, a scientific/technical background is
required

Personal attributes: The candidate must demonstrate defined personal & interpersonal
attributes

Leadership Potential: The candidate must demonstrate a high potential to progress to a
responsible position at the end of the program and join GSK’s high potential program

Short listed candidates will go through a robust recruitment process, including:
