Senior Marketing Manager – Kohler Interiors/Baker
Jim Caughman has spent most of his career with Baker and its owner Kohler and currently is the senior
marketing executive for the Kohler Interiors Group. He has run international business units for Baker
while living in London and Paris and continues to travel extensively throughout the world in a
professional capacity on behalf of Kohler. From 2003 until 2006, he was the Executive Director of the
Jim Caughman has spent most of his career with Baker and its owner Kohler and currently is the senior
marketing executive for the Kohler Interiors Group. He has run international business units for Baker
while living in London and Paris and continues to travel extensively throughout the world in a
professional capacity on behalf of Kohler. From 2003 until 2006, he was the Executive Director of the
Washington Design Center in Washington DC.
Jim has also been intimately involved in Baker’s historical licensing programs with The Historic
Charleston Foundation, the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and The Stately Homes of England,
Scotland and Ireland. In this capacity, he has visited approximately 50 English country houses to study
fine and decorative art. He has also attended the Attingham Summer School for the Study of the
English Country House. Working with the French designer and scholar Jacques Garcia, he participated
in presenting the 2008 exhibition at Palace of Versailles “When Versailles was Furnished in Silver”.
Jim has a B.A. in French Literature and a master’s degree in international business and has studied 7
classical and modern languages as well as European and Asian cultural history. He served for 6 years
on the Board of Directors of the Royal Oak Foundation, the American arm of The British National Trust.
He has also been designated a Distinguished Speaker by the American Society of Interior Designers.

Deepa Mungara is part of the Community Team at Houzz, an innovative residential design platform
and community. Previously, she led marketing and sales for an early-stage startup putting electronic
health records on the iPad, growing sales there to +$4MM annually. Ms. Mungara’s love for home
design started at young age by helping her father, a Houston-based architect, build his business. She
is excited to merge her love of technology with her love of interior design and architecture at Houzz.
Deepa majored in International Relations and minored in Film at Mt. Holyoke College.

National Business Development Manager - Hansgrohe
Jen Bruno currently works as the National Business Development Manager at Hansgrohe and has been
working as a trainer, instructional designer, and presenter for more than twenty years. From the creative
environment of Walt Disney World Orlando to the excitement of the NASCAR racetracks she has spent
her entire career educating business people to help drive their success. Sharing information is her
passion. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt and an avid community volunteer her varied experiences
lend to her genuine style and down to earth approach in her presentations.
