Student Preparation and Questions
Prior to attending the live seminar, or reviewing the
seminar recording, complete the following tasks:
1.Check your grades and think about your performance in Unit 7:
• Where did you do well and where did you struggle?
• What would help you do even better in this current unit?
2.Read the Unit 8 Overview, Seminar, and Discussion pages.
3.Read the Unit 8 Prepare sections and recommended textbook pages.
4.Read any postings already in the discussion board.
5.Complete as many Unit 8 activities as you can prior to the seminar.
6.Write down at least two questions you would like answers to in the

For the Unit 8 Final Project (Part 3), you will use MyDietAnalysis to create
a 3-day healthy menu and compare it to your original food log.
1. Carefully review the Prepare section.
2. Follow the Final Project (Part 3) instructions on the
Perform page.
3. When completed, submit to the Dropbox.
4. If you have questions, contact me before you submit
your project.

Analysis software) to the disease prevention guidelines you
learned about in this unit.

steps can you take to improve the support of your immune
