What We Do
OAAC is dedicated to providing cutting edge, personal and
compassionate care to those who come to us for diagnosis and
treatment.
OAAC saw more than 21,800 patient visits in 2014 (6,885 NPV)

visits with a third of that number being new patients visits
How we do it
One patient at a time.
The providers of the OAAC apply their extensive
education, training and experience to each person as an
individual patient.
This approach allows each patient to be treated
uniquely for the best outcome.
Rebranding Campaign
• New Logo
• New Website
• New Advertisement in Newspapers, Magazines and
Phone books
• New Letterhead, business cards and mail outs
branded with our new Logo
Rebranding Campaign
Why was it time for a rebranding campaign –
• The physicians want to reinvest in the clinic
• The existing logo has been used for 30 years and was
established before OAAC had multiple satellites
• We have several new physicians joining the practice
and our physicians wanted a logo and image that
better reflects who we are on a go forward basis.
Five Star Practice
We want the people who visit OAAC to have the best
experience possible:
• It all begins with your attitude - make it personal &
positive
• With patients and coworkers –
• Say “good morning “or “good afternoon”
• Make eye contact
• Be Re-assuring, Interested, Friendly and Warm
