Attention Students: Test scores from the January 10 Practice SAT/ACT/Subject Tests may be
picked up during lunch next Wednesday & Thursday, February 11 &12, next to the outside
lunch line in Palm Court. Students must present their school ID for pick up. /PTSA
Seniors if you are interested in early childhood education or related fields of study involving children and plan
to pursue this education in college apply for the Alhambra Day Nursery Foundation $1,000
Scholarship. Deadline is March 20, 2015. Pick up an application in the Guidance Office.

There will be a field trip to attend a Soft Skills Seminar at American Career College - Ontario. Soft Skills are
the personal attributes you need to succeed in the workplace. Regardless of the type of job you may apply for,
you need at least some soft skills. This is a great opportunity to learn more. There are a few spaces

The 46th Annual Eve and Gene Black Summer Medical Career Program is now accepting applications for
its medical mentor program. Students work under the supervision of a health care educator, shadowing various
medical professionals who together provide a range of patient care and services. There is no fee for the
program. Open to current 11th and 12th grade students with a birth date on or before 4/1/99. More

Deadline extended! Fiesta Publications, located in Monterey Park, is seeking interns to assist professional
staff in the following areas: Graphic/Web Designers, Social Media Writers, Office Administration, Marketing
& Advertising. Deadline to apply is February 6. More information is available in the Career Center.

Seniors: The California Alarm Association (CAA) is now available. Must have a parent or legal guardian who
is a full-time active duty employee and must be a member of a law enforcement agency or a full-time paid or
volunteer member of a fire department in California. For more information go to the Guidance
