The purpose of training students in the discipline "Ecology Hygiene" is the
formation of hygienic thinking in general practice, which allows to take into
account the role of local natural climatic and socio-hygienic environmental
factors in the occurrence of diseases and infectious nature and use of favorable
environmental conditions as medical and health factors.
Objectives of the subject:
- fixation hygiene knowledge and skills in primary and secondary prevention
of diseases;
-Create favorable conditions for training and education of children and
adolescents;
-Create working conditions and disease prevention work;
-compliance sanitary and anti-epidemic regime in health care facilities;
-work on hygienic education of children and adolescents;
Carrying out of health education among the population
Requirements for the knowledge and skills of students on the subject
During training bachelor should know:
-problem physician therapeutic profile in the prevention of various diseases;
- basics relation ship of the environment and the human body, especially the
impact on the body of environmental factors, social and hygienic factors, the
role of individual environmental factors in the occurrence of the most
important forms of pathology;
-Medical aspects of modern human ecology;
- basics primary, secondary and tertiary prevention of the most common forms
of disease, as well as hygiene basics of a healthy lifestyle;
-General hygienic characteristics and fundamentals of recreational activities
due to the impact on the human body a variety of socio-hygienic factors
(nutrition, work, life, training and education, and others.);
- hygiene requirements for health care institutions;
However Bachelor should be able to:
- To analyze the conditions and way of life of patients to identify risk factors
for disease;
- Recommend measures for primary, secondary and tertiary prevention of
diseases;
-regular organize medical protective and sanitary and epidemiological regime
in health care facilities, as well as the working conditions of medical staff to
ensure the preservation of his health;
- Conduct a survey and evaluate compliance with the requirements of sanitary
and anti-epidemic regime in health care facilities;
- Assess the physical development of children, regardless of age;
- Carry out the work to the public on healthy lifestyles.

Upon completion of training within 3 days of final control is carried out. The final control is carried
