Functional Description:

The Pepsi Americas Beverages’ Supply Chain Operations group provides a demanding, fast-paced environment in a competitive industry, where growth equals opportunity and fun accompanies the challenge! Decisions are made in “real time” where Associates will have the opportunity to supervise teams as well as manage inventory & loading operations within a location. What you can expect:

Opportunities are provided through varying assignments in Production, Warehouse, Maintenance,

Quality, and Fleet Operations. These assignments are based on functional knowledge vs. defined time periods. Based on performance, candidates will have the unique opportunity to move rapidly to increasing levels of responsibility leading to managerial positions. While we will provide you with an initial onboarding training and ongoing function specific development, we also encourage you to develop yourself through our vast learning labs. Keep in mind, when you work for PepsiCo, you will have access to a variety of operating models within the Beverage, Foods and Corporate environments; this means that you can support power brands such as Tropicana, Gatorade, Quaker & Frito-Lay and still work within the same company!

In this role, you will be called upon to:

Demonstrate strong leadership skills to coach, develop and influence various teams

Use your analytical thinking skills through qualitative and quantitative analysis demonstrating a strong drive to fix problems and design solutions

Learn the PepsiCo Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations framework through placements in

Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality, and Fleet Operations

Perform at a fast pace, with self-motivation, and strong initiative

Be flexible – in order to understand our 24/7 operations, you may at times need to work various schedules, including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends

What we’re looking for:

Preferred majors include: All Engineering majors, Food Science, Operations/Logistics, Supply

Chain Management

Others Majors considered: Organizational Leadership & Supervision and Business Management.

Involvement in a minimum of one extracurricular activity

Previous experience in an operations environment (on or off campus; either through part time jobs or through academic clubs)

Leading people or leading projects throughout your academic career (on or off campus)

Flexibility for relocation will allow for greater advancement opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates should be completing their Senior year of studies

 Bachelor’s degree completed no later than August 2015

Eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship

Must pass a drug screen and background investigation
