Research shows that eating too many high-fat foods
contributes to high blood cholesterol levels. This can
cause hardening of the arteries, coronary heart
disease and stroke. High-fat diets may also contribute
to a greater risk for some types of cancer, particularly
cancers of the breast and colon.

Super Size Me!!
In the movie Super Size me, Morgan Spurlock decided
to eat McDonald's for thirty days, three times a day.
He had to eat every thing on the menu at least once,
and order his meal super sized if he was asked if he
wanted it super sized. At the end of thirty days, the
goal was to see if Morgan becomes in irreparable
health.
