Lake Blackstrap, Dundurn
Purpose: To provide campers and counselors the opportunity of a “time to grow” in their
Christian relationship by learning new skills in the areas of recreation, handcrafts, sports, and
leisure activities. It is a time for fun.
Activities: Camping, canoeing, archery, adventure trails, sports, crafts, indoor swimming,
campfires, trampoline, chapel, dance.
Affiliation: Knights of Columbus of Saskatoon.
Clientele: Boys and girls, 9-13 years.

Purpose: Beaver Creek camp exists to promote the growth and awareness of God’s love through
the warmth of Christian fellowship in the beauty of creation.

Activities: Worship, Bible study, sports (soccer, baseball). Musical instruction, nature trails and
hikes, various other fun activities such as archery and crafts.
Affiliation: The Salvation Army.

Purpose: Camp Kadesh exists to encourage commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and
to provide Biblical, Christ-centered discipleship helping our supporting churches fulfill
their purpose of evangelism, Christian growth and service through camps, retreats and
conferences.
Activities: Summer - Wall climbing, archery, canoeing, swimming, blob, tubing, wakeboarding,
waterskiing, knee-boarding, Whipper, all terrain biking, beach volleyball, basketball, soccer,
ultimate Frisbee, skateboarding, crafts, and drama. Winter -Tubing, ice-climbing, snow-shoeing,
skating, snow sculpturing and outdoor hot tubs.

Purpose: “A Summer to Remember” for children with learning disabilities. To improve
academically, develop social and recreational skills, raise levels of self esteem and develop skills
leading to independence as a student. A 3-week Summer School where learning is fun.
