13. Discuss inventory financing- THESE are suggestions…

c. Get a personal loan etc. and interest is a tax deduction – not debt/
investment is like a home! Compare to car or furniture (10,000 cheap car,
9% interest rate- depreciate) ;
i. EXAMPLE of paying off a loan of some sort: loan payment is
$120 a month – sell $300 a week / 1200 total/ 600 reinvest/ take
$120 from your paycheck each month!
ii. Talk first week of profit to pay off loan. Rest goes in pocket

15. BAD credit and no way to finance- I WOULD recommend you start selling
immediately and strive to reinvest and place a 600 wholesale within your 15 days
