clothes had an impact on teenagers by encouraging them to wear something different
than their parents had or thought was respectable.
CONCLUSION
OUR GROUP FELT THAT THE 1960S IMPACTED TEENAGERS IN LOTS OF WAYS, BUT THAT IT ALL CAME DOWN
TO BEING REBELLIOUS AND GOING AGAINST THEIR PARENTS. OUR RESEARCH SHOWED US THAT MUSIC, TV,
AND FASHION ALL HAD A HAND IN IMPACTING TEENAGERS. BUT WE DON’T FEEL THAT IT IMPACTED ALL
TEEAGERS TO BE BAD—JUST DIFFERENT. MORE DIFFERENT THAN WE HAD SEEN BEFORE. IT SEEMS TO BE
VERY SIMILAR TO OUR SOCIETY.
