To help them learn multiplication facts, our 4th
grade students are participating in ….
The World Famous Ice
Cream Extravaganza!
We need donations of:
-
ice cream (vanilla & chocolate)
bowls
spoons
chocolate & caramel syrup
whipped cream
cherries
baby wipes
OR
gift cards to purchase these items
If you’d like to help with donations or you
would like to volunteer to help scoop ice
cream on the day, please let me know. 

St. Augustine
We cannot wait! Here are some important reminders and
notes to keep in mind for Thursday, November 19th!
* Students MUST be at the school Thursday Morning,
November 19th by 6:00 AM **absolutely no later**
* Drop students off in the car rider line only. Do not park.
(Only chaperones will be allowed to park and come
inside)
* Busses leave PROMPTLY at 6:15 AM. **We will not wait
for late students**
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR A STUDENT WHO DOES NOT
ATTEND WITHOUT A DOCTOR’S NOTE.
* Please wear:
o New class shirt
o Comfortable walking shoes
o Jeans are allowed
* You may bring the following: **students are responsible
for carrying and keeping track of their own things**
o Backpack (drawstring is ideal)
o Jacket (tends to be chilly or wet during trip)
o Bag lunch (unless you have previously requested one
from the cafeteria)
o Snack
o Full water bottle
o Hat / sunglasses / sunscreen
o Book or magazine for the bus ride
o Spending money
o Camera **no other devices of any kind allowed**
* Parents – be on campus to pick up your child NO LATER
THAN 6:45 PM in the car rider line. **Students will only be
released to the person listed on the form you turned in**
