This document describes the version 7.4.3 of CTM.
None of the current features or changes in this release has any impact on the pre-existing
functionality if not mentioned explicitly in this release notes, any training may thus be done postrelease, if desired.
1.1
Tender management
1.1.1 Search tender reference
In the tender list, the search have been extended with possibility to search within the tender
reference field.
Using the same search field as the name of the tender.
1.1.2 Copy archived tender
Applicable for clients using the tender archiving module.
From the list of archived tenders, it is now possible to copy the tender. Copying the archived tender
is the exact same thing as when copying a live tender.

1.1.3 Mandatory requirements marked in evaluation report
In the evaluation report, it is now clearly marked if a supplier fulfills the mandatory requirements or
not. If the supplier does not fulfill all mandatory requirements, the supplier row is marked with red
for visibility. In the downloaded report it is possible to edit and add filtering/sorting of data for any of
the columns.
Each requirement not fulfilled is marked per requirement as well.
The change applies for the weight and score evaluation model, using the online evaluation tool.
1.1.4 Change pre-population of contact in external publications
When publishing to TED, Doffin, TenderNed, Contracts Finder or udbud.dk the pre-population of
contact person has been the contact person set-up on the company profile. This is now changed to
pre-populate the contact person of the owner/creator of the tender instead. It is only pre-population
and can be changed within the publication form prior publication.
1.1.5 QnA (Questions and Answers)
As an authority the page for reviewing the supplier questions has some small improvements, draft
answer is shown and paging is added for the questions.

1.2
Contract management
1.2.1 Contract add-on
The contract add-ons have been extended to support more functionality; two more add-on types,
mandatory add-ons and tool tips.

Add-on type number: the number type add-on allows only digits, there is a possibility for setting the
maximum number of digits to be set.
Add-on type date: the date type add-on will allow for a date answer, no time.
Tool tip: The tool tip is a way of helping the contracting officer when entering the values of the addon. Setting a toot tip text will display a little question mark next to the add-on with the help text.
Mandatory: a field marked as mandatory add-on will stop the contract process going further if not
entered any value. For the manual signing flow, it stops the possibility to set the contract to final and
for the contracts flows with signing within CTM, the mandatory add-on prevents sending the draft
contract to suppliers.
Existing add-ons are not made mandatory.
1.2.2 CPV codes
At a contract there is now a possibility to set CPV codes for the contract, it is available from the
checklist and addition of CPV follows the same functionality as when adding CPV to a tender.

The CPV codes are not mandatory and are not shown to the suppliers of the contracts, thus it can be
changed at any time in the contract process.
By default the CPV codes for contracts is not enabled, please contact your local CTM contact for
more information.
1.2.3 Import contracts
The new feature of import of contracts have been updated to be able to import the new CPV codes
and the new types of contract add-ons.
1.2.4 Checklist items re-ordered
The checklist items within a planned procurement has been re-organised to be in a more logical work
order.
1.2.5 Reference as optional field
In creating and editing the planned procurement, the reference field is optional instead of
mandatory, i.e. if can be left blank.
1.2.6 Auto-close of planned procurement when action in tender management
The planned procurement is planning and once tender management starts, it could be that the work
within the planned procurement module is completed. As a help to automatically close completed
planned procurement, there are two settings available, one for close at tender creation and one
when the tender is published or the suppliers are invited.
By default this configurations is off (i.e. no automatic close), please contact your local CTM contact
for help.
