HW: Purchase and preview textbooks. Purchase books and supplies; Read Introduction to American LiteratureBeginnings to 1700 in NA pgs. 1-16. Journal #1[J#1] - Discuss the Introduction to the text. What are some of the
factors leading up to the Puritan movement? Who are interesting people and circumstances that contribute to this
movement? Please see “Journals” section of the Course Requirements for details and specifications relating to journals,
i.e., font, margins, due dates, etc.
