Supervision
• Mr Aldridge, Mrs Harley & Mrs Annette Morris will be taking the trip
•Day groups – pupils will always be with at least one of these adults in the group
• Activities led by Trained staff
• All staff on site – CRB checked
•Boys are on one floor, girls on another.
•Staff stay in rooms on same corridors
• No need for children to come out of rooms during night time
• Night watchman

• Daily Report will be placed on the School website:

• If there is anything wrong – parents will be contacted as soon as
possible
Transport
• Pick up approximately 9am from the school on Monday morning
• Return to School in time for the end of School on Wednesday 9th
July.
