I have chosen this company because I think it’s a very serious and respectful company
that it has been working very hard from many years. It is also very well known
worldwide because of its famous ads and also because it spreads happiness and
positivism wherever it goes. It is also very cozy and represents family.
These are some details of the company in social media that proves that this company
benefits from it. Social media is an incredibly effective way to launch a new product or
service because you can communicate directly with your fans and engage influencers.
The Company respects rights of its associates and its authorized agencies when they
use blogs or any other social media. They make a big difference in speaking on behalf
of the Company and speaking about the Company. They have 5 main rules.

1. Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct and other applicable policies. This
means that every one of the company not matter wherever he is should be
careful of what they say, they should speak with respect.
2. You are responsible for your actions. You have to think carefully what you post,
because you are the only responsible of that, so try to write things in a common
sense.
3. Every comment that you make to the company even if it is good or bad is
welcome, so in that way they can improve.
4. If you see any negative post from an outside person doesn’t answer it. A
specific person who is trained to answer to this kind of questions will do that.
5. You must be careful not to mix your business and personal live. Mostly
everyone has access to online content and online blogs, so the information you
post can be seen by more than friends, competitors for example. You are aware
of many confidential information so if you post something that you couldn’t you
must have conflicts with your company.
Online spokespeople
With traditional media they have an opportunity and responsibility to manage
the Company’s reputation online and participate in conversations giving their
own opinions.
It’s necessary to follow some principles of how to represent the company:
1. Be certified in the social media certification program. All associates that
want to represent the Company online need to complete the Social Media
Certification.
2. Follow our Code of Business Conduct and all other Company policies. As a
representative of the company you must act with honestly and integrity in all
matters.
3. As a representative of the company you must post according to the ideals of
the company, respecting all individuals, races, religions and cultures.
4. Fully disclose your affiliation with the Company. You can’t use aliases or
otherwise to deceive people.
5. Keep records: we need to keep records. We have to keep records of our
interaction in the online social media.
6. When in doubt, do not post. Associates are personally responsible for their
words and actions. You must ensure that your posts are completely
accurate and not misleading.
7. Do not violate others’ rights. .Do not uses the copyrights, trademarks,
publicity rights, or other rights of others without the necessary permissions.
8. Be responsible to your work. Be helpful for Company affairs.
9. Remember that your local posts can have global significance. The way that
you answer an online
Question might be accurate in some parts of the world, but inaccurate (or even
illegal) in others.
10. Know that the Internet is permanent. Once information is published online, it
is essentially part of a permanent record, even if you “remove/delete” it later or
attempt to make it anonymous.
It’s really important that every one of the company, as a representative of it,
should be careful what he talks about because although he or she isn’t working
he still is a member of the company, so he can’t do anything that could damage
the image of it.
As an employer is very good to be constructive critic, so if you aren’t agree with
something it’s better you said, so you and your company could improve.
As a user of the social media of the company if you participate in our blogs or
social media networks it’s important that you write according to the values and
ideals of the company. If you read a negative outsider opinion it’s better you
leave it, because there is a specific person in the company that only works
managing it, but if you are really annoying you can express your opinion to that
person and give recommendations.
In my opinion Coca Cola’s Company Private Policy it’s very complete, it is
written in a way that respects everyone and it’s strict enough to be respect from
everyone easily.
