GENERAL MANAGER/CONTROLLER (200-2005)
Recruited initially to stabilize financial positioning of the company ruing and following bankruptcy
proceedings. Partnered with banks to manage finances until company sale was finalized; hired by new
owners and challenged to turnaround history of declining sales and financial losses. Advanced quickly to
CEO and President.
Currently direct all operations of the $6.5 million business with domestic and international sales
throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Provide leadership for a 150-person workforce and hold full
P&L responsibility. Oversee all finances, business development, marketing, production, human resources,
and administrative affairs.
 Re-established financial control, leading company from severe financial losses to strong and sustained
bottom-line profitability in just 2 years.
 Grew revenues 71% and increased annual unit sales from 900,000 to 1.3 million by executing a series
of business development initiatives that expanded international sales, opened new markets, and built
new distribution channels.

Originally retained as VP of Sales for a stagnating company that had lost is largest client. Promoted to
President after improving cash flow and growing revenues. As President, shut down CD-ROM
publishing operation and reorganized company into two divisions to develop tools and products, and
provide software development services. As CEO and chairman, integrated operations and turned CA
facility into sales office
 Grew sales from $1.5M to $10M and sustained annual profit at 15% for 8 years.
