 Guest speaker about bear crew. Please have members of your chapter sign up for this.
 We will be holding IFC meeting in Karls 102 every Thursday at 4:00pm next semester

 Round table at may 8th at 5pm.
 Service hours are due this Thursday at 5pm.
VP of Membership Development (Brandon Simpson - bs1860@live.missouristate.edu ):
 Working on finding a speaker that is more specific toward diversity & inclusion for Greek
Week 2016.
 Expect a roundtable in the fall that will be pertinent for chapters who want to apply for
awards because the process will be a bit different.
 Haley has a survey, attached in the minutes. Please take the survey.

 Julie and I will be getting the nominated teachers a little gift and thank you.
 Cram Jam - We have reserved the Library 101 room Sunday and Monday nights (7pm-12am
on Sunday, 8pm-12am on Monday) for students to come study. Snacks will be provided.

 If you haven’t paid IFC dues, you need to. Over the summer I will be contacting chapter
presidents about their individual account balances.

 Mental Health Awareness Speaker - I have narrowed it down to two speakers: Ross Szabo
or Mike Veny

 Fall New Member Day scheduled for September 20th
 Sending out a New Member Program template to all New Member Educators May 15 th
 Be on the lookout for an email from me with notes from the roundtable from this past
Sunday and the date for our first roundtable back.

 All FSL shirts money and orders are due tomorrow by 5pm in the FSL Office. Checks can be
made out to Interfraternity Council or Panhellenic Association! We require 60% of chapters
to purchase these shirts. They will be $8.
