Project Objectives
• Assist a local retailer in identifying patterns of
consumer behavior and competition.
• Provide the retailer with recommended strategic
options.
• Give you the opportunity to apply the concepts
studied in class to field settings.
• Provide a forum for the development of oral and
written communications skills.
• Have fun.
Project Rules
• Teams – 4-6 members
• Retailer – you choose
(pending approval and availability)
• Confidentiality – don’t share customer info
• Project Updates – 5-10 min every 2 weeks
• Data Collection – get out there!
• Written Report – due May 1
• Oral Presentation – April 24 – May 1
