business model since our inception in 2007. We collect information, data and other
contact details of Arab distributors during the participation in many of the Middle East &
North Africa medical exhibitions organized in UAE, KSA, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco and
Jordan.
We are regularly creating distribution channel for International Suppliers and try our best

You can easily enter the AUMET’s kingdom with your email address, Google+ Account
or even through Facebook. The best part is that- AUMET is completely free, no matter
you are a distributor or manufacturer, you can easily create your account without

Can AUMET deactivate my account?
AUMET reserve the right to limit, suspend or deactivate your account.
In case you don’t reply to distributor’s request or provide fraud information in the profile,
your account can be temporarily deactivated.
However, you can reactivate the account by following simple steps listed in the email you
will receive.
Also, your account can be deactivated during a review of AUMET accounts. Actually, we
believe reviews are part of an effort to foster a trustworthy community and uphold the
terms of service of the company.
How to delete my account?

How to verify your relationship with manufacturer if you are already a distributor?
If you want to verify your manufacturer, follow these two steps.
1. 1. Distributor can check the Manufacturer profile and click on Verified Manufacturer
2. 2. Once manufacturer accept the request, then they will prove the relationship to
info@aumet.me. After you have send the contract, then you are allowed to write your reviews
and rate your experience.

A profile is a great way to let the manufacturer know more about you to make a
wise decision of signing an agreement. When your profile is robust, it gives a sense

more your profile is complete, more likely positive answers you will get.
How can I write my reviews and rate my manufacturer?
As soon as manufacturer approve the request, you are eligible to write your reviews and
rate your experience with manufacturer.

3. 3. Profile page will open and at the bottom of the page you can make rating write your review.
How to become a distributor for manufacturer’s product line list?
1. 1. Select the product line
2. 2. Choose your country, if you are looking for specific product or manufacturer then type that
in specific field.
3. 3. Once your selection is completed, click SEARCH. Manufacturer’s list that are available for
work in the country will be displayed.
4. 4. When you find the target manufacturer from the list, click on Become a Distributor and
send your message.
5. 5. After 7 days you will receive our email including one line for rating manufacturer’s reply and
quickly response to assure our service and quality.
6. 6. When you and your manufacturer agree to work together, then you both have to click
on Done Deal and approve it from another party. Congratulations, your relationship is verified
and it will be published in your Verification section.
7. 7. After 90 days of verification date, you are requested to review and rate that cooperation with
manufacturer.
Where are my submitted requests?
Your submitted requests are categorized under Inbox category list.
What if I didn’t get a reply from manufacturer?
After 7 days of submitted request, you will receive a notification email from the system. In
the e-mail, you will be asked to rate your experience whether you have received a reply
from manufacturer or not.
What should be my next step if there is no manufacturer in my region?
You can send us an email regarding your target manufacturer. Our feedback and
consultation will be sent back shortly or you can go to Free Consultation in MENA
Distributor menu to send us a message. Our Service is completely FREE for you.
Can I send a direct message to manufacturer?
Sure, you can! View Manufacturer profile and click Send Message then write your
message and send it.

How to verify your current distributor in MENA region?
To verify your relation with current distributor follow these three steps:
1. 1. Invite your distributor to join us at AUMET website platform.
2. 2. Distributor should view your profile then click on Verified Manufacturer.
3. 3. You will receive the verification request and once you approve it, you or distributor should
send scanned copy of attested contract by chamber of commerce to prove your relation to
info@aumet.me
Once the contract has been sent, you and your distributor can write review and rate each
other.
Where can I find the Verified Manufacturer requests?
Once your distributor appeals you to verify the manufacturer request, you can check it
from Received Requests in Inbox category list.
What's the Done Deal?
After you receive “Become a Distributor” request and if you & distributor agree to
cooperate together then one of you click Done Deal and the other will approve it. This
verifies that you have appointed this distributor for your medical line into his country. All
of this information will be publicized at your verification section. After 90 days from the
date of Done Deal approval you and distributor can review and rate each other.
How to write reviews and rate my distributor?
Under verification circle you can write your reviews and rate your experience with
distributor. By clicking on Review and Rate into verification section you will be directed
to
distributor
profile

and
rate.
It is a feature of Golden and Platinum membership.
Why average rating is important?
Your average rate will be based on summary of 7 questions which your distributors will rate 6 of

What to do if I don't get any distributor for my product line?
