Key Benefits
•Eliminates Mailer requirements
•Report-in data is automatically updated in APS
•At report-in, the probationer’s biometric is compared
against the stored biometric to ensure the correct person
is reporting in.
•The Probationer can make payments on the Kiosk when
not reporting in. Other persons can also make payments
on the Kiosk for the Probationer; must have the
Probationer’s X-Number, Probationer’s name and account
number(s) for each payment.
•DPO can write messages to the Kiosk Probationer via
APS screen KMSG (Kiosk Message Screen).
Key Benefits (Continued)
•The Kiosk Probationer will read the message/s from the
DPO at next report-in and has the option to enter a
response to the DPO’s message.
•The Probationer can initiate a new message to the DPO.
•The Probationer can make payment(s) during the same
report-in session.
•At Area Offices with an Attendant Station, the designated
staff hears an alarm from the Attendant station indicating
the Probationer at the Kiosk has answered ‘YES’ to
specific questions and can follow through according to
