ABOUT US:
Dynamic Cookware, Inc is a fundraising event company which specializes in the sale of first quality, name
brand kitchen products. At our fundraising events, we sell a wide variety of innovative and cutting-edge
cookware, small kitchen appliances, dishware, flatware, glassware, serve ware, bakeware, table linens, kitchen
gadgets, utensils, and more. In addition, we also offer a selection of men’s and women’s designer fragrances.
THE DYNAMIC COOKWARE TEAM...
Dynamic Cookware, Inc was formed after acquiring J.K. Cookware in August of 2007. The owners of Dynamic
Cookware are Mark Lamparella and Chris O’Neill. Terrence Burrell is the Regional Manager and Virginia
O’Neill is the Buyer. Brett Rogers is the Events Manager.
Mark Lamparella entered into the fundraising industry in 1996.
Mark held the position of Vice
President for nine years at Dynamic Fundraising and Promotions. Throughout those years, Mark administered
the sales and operations for Dynamic Fundraising’s Atlanta-Southeast region. Now, as President of Dynamic
Cookware, Mark administers the operations for the company and continues to develop and maintain
numerous sales relationships. Mark’s knowledge of the industry, professionalism, and attentiveness to
customer service has made him a recognized leader within the fundraising industry.
Chris O’Neill started in the fundraising industry in 1993.
He is the Vice President of Dynamic
Cookware and also the President of Dynamic Fundraising & Promotions. Chris has established numerous
interactions throughout the years with fundraising sponsors in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Southeast
regions. Chris is proficient in sales and a leader in the fundraising industry.
Terrence Burrell has been working in the fundraising industry since 2003.
He began as an Events
Manager for Dynamic Fundraising & Promotions and was promoted to Regional Manager for Dynamic
Cookware in August of 2007. As the Regional Manager, Terrence professionally administers our fundraising
events, manages our warehouse, and supervises our staff. Terrence is reliable, diligent, and has a superb
knowledge of our products.
Virginia O’Neill began her career in the fundraising industry in 2005.
As the Buyer for Dynamic
Cookware, she ensures that our cookware and fragrance programs are quality, innovative, and exciting. She
has many years experience as a buyer. Virginia was a children’s wear buyer for Eagle Eye. Later on in her
career, she worked for QVC where she handled the purchasing of color cosmetics, hair care and several
infomercial categories.
Brett Rogers is our Events Manager.
New to Dynamic Cookware and to the fundraising industry,
Brett was formerly an operations manager for an Atlanta based premier events company. Brett is
professional, courteous, and conscientious.
OUR MERCHANDISE PROGRAMS:
Our exciting programs of kitchen merchandise are suitable for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced cook. We offer
a wide array of tableware, small kitchen appliances, cook sets, fry pans and grill pans, sauce pans and stock pots,
miscellaneous cookware, bakeware, kitchen gadgets, and utensils. All of our products are exceptional in quality and our
prices are very reasonable.
TABLEWARE: Our newest program. We introduced our tableware program in March 2010. We carry dishware,
flatware, cutlery, glassware, serve ware, table linens and other exciting and colorful merchandise from top name brands
such as Lenox, Gorham, J.A. Henckels, Harold, Tag, Oneida, Libbey, and Dansk.
SMALL KITCHEN APPLIANCES: Innovative, exciting, and functional, our small electric kitchen appliances are
always a customer favorite. Some of our best sellers continue to be Deep Fryers, Indoor Grills, Slow Cookers, Convection
Ovens, Steamers, Toasters, Blenders, Coffee Makers, and Irons.
COOK SETS: From the beginner cook to the more experienced, our cook sets meet the needs of our customers.
They come in traditional non-stick, stainless steel, stainless steel with copper, hard anodized, hard enamel, and cast
aluminum. Our cook set prices range from $69.99 to $139.99.
FRY PANS and GRILL PANS: Whether you are buying sets or buying individually all of our cookware can be used
successfully on gas, electric, or flat top stoves. We sell 8”, 10”, 12” and 12.5” pans with covers and without. Our fry
pan and grill pan section is always one of our largest sections in the program. From Jumbo Cookers to Jumbo Woks;
Reversible Flat Top Griddles to Braiser Pans we have a wide variety of fry pans and grill pans!
SAUCE PANS and STOCK POTS: Our 8 qt, 12 qt, and 20 qt stock pots are perfect for stews, jambalaya, crab and
crawfish boil and they can also be used outdoors! Our sauce pans come in a variety of sizes, such as 1 qt, 2 qt, 3 qt and,
of course, the classic 5 qt double handled Dutch Oven.
MISCELLANEOUS COOKWARE: The items which we often overlook replacing yet need so often in the kitchen!
Items such as splatter guards, oven mitts, collapsible mixing bowls and colanders, measuring cups, measuring spoons,
knife block sets, salad spinners, universal lids, pressure cookers, microwaveable rice cookers, and more.
BAKEWARE: We offer the kitchen basics as well as more specialized pieces. Our bakeware sells especially well around
the various holidays throughout the year, when baking is a given. We carefully select our bakeware from each
manufacturer to ensure that our customers are offered products that are practical, easy to use, and made to last. Our
bakeware section includes, but is not limited to… bundt pans, airbake cookie sheets, cake pans, roasting pans (also good
for lasagna!), pizza pans, muffin pans, loaf pans, and baking sheets.
KITCHEN GADGETS and UTENSILS: With all the kitchen basics at hand, we have developed a “finishing” section
which offers a large variety of kitchen gadgets and kitchen utensils. Our kitchen gadgets include smooth edge can
openers, garlic presses, kitchen scissors, veggie peelers. Our utensils are sold individually and as sets. They include
items such as serving spoons, slotted spoons, slotted turners, wide turners, ladles, pasta servers, balloon whisks, ice
cream scoops, serving forks, locking tongs, potato mashers, and more!

We are able to offer a wide selection of products to meet the needs and desires of our customers because we carefully
and selectively choose our vendors. We listen to requests of our customers and continually search for new vendors
that offer products which are innovative and have exceptional quality.

Although we highly recommend the selling of our fragrances at your cookware fundraising event, it is optional. During
the scheduling of the event, you just need to let us know that you would like us to include our fragrance program at your
cookware fundraising event

OUR FUNDRAISING EVENTS:
STAFFING:
Dynamic Cookware realizes the importance of having friendly, knowledgeable sales people. In order to better serve our
customers, our staff is continuously trained to know the features of all our products. While we welcome and encourage
the help of volunteers, we do not require that they participate in our sales events.
ADVERTISING:
We supply flyers, table tents, and posters as a means for advertising your event. We will provide these items to you
approximately one month in advance. This will give you the appropriate amount of time to promote your fundraising
event throughout your facility. We also like to email you a copy of your advertising flyer, so that you may email it
throughout your facility a day or two before the event and during the actual days of the event.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept the following methods of payment at our sales: Payroll Deduction, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Cash.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Our customers are our first priority, so we prefer that they contact us directly. We make every effort to listen to our
customers and assist them in a polite and professional manner. Our customers may contact us via email at

COMMISSIONS:
We offer a commission of 20% on our cookware products, 15% on our tableware products, and 15% on our fragrance
products.
SALE SET-UP AND HOURS:
While every facility has different event locations available, we are able to accommodate any size location. We prefer to
set-up our merchandise the night before the sales event. If necessary we will hire security through the hospital’s
security department or an outside security agency to watch our merchandise overnight. We recommend the events
hours to be from 7:00am to 4:00pm. Conducting the event during these hours allows all employees to have the
opportunity to come and shop with us. Ideally, we like to have at least twelve to fifteen 6 ft. tables to display our
merchandise. One of these tables will be used as a checkout table. We supply tablecloths for the tables and request
several chairs as well to accommodate our staff and volunteers at the checkout table.

While we welcome the opportunity to speak with each sponsor about our products and our company, we also
encourage new contacts to speak with some of our existing accounts.
