Teach Like a Champion – 49 Techniques That Put Students On The Path To College – At Bats – each
lesson should end with students getting at bat after at bat after at bat: go until they can do it on their own, use
multiple variations and formats, grab opportunities for enrichment and differentiation
Ten Minute Vocabulary Lesson: In less than Ten Minutes: put students in small groups and have them act out one
of the week’s vocabulary words.
Apple ConnectEd grant: Installation of new wireless equipment and cabeling has been completed. MacBook and
iPad deployment will begin following the completion of wireless updates. iPads have been deployed to Student
Council reps and chapter house reps.
Din4 Content Standards for the Week – Utilizing the Navajo language and culture, I will listen,
communicate, observe, and understand appropriately. One begins to think about all things. Concept 3 – I will
communicate effectively by making connections to person, social, cultural, and historical experiences.
PO 1. I will respond to oral commands accurately.
PO 2. I will hold a conversation about myself, my family, and my interests.
PO 3. I will research and present Din4 cultural items.
PO 4. I will compose my own songs.
