Position Summary:
The Catering Sous Chef’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
• Responsible for coaching hourly employees in the performance of assigned activities.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and
problem resolution.
• Provides the highest quality of service to customers at all times.
• Serves as a lead cook guiding and assisting in the training of less experienced cooks.
• Under minimal supervision, independently performs advanced cooking duties in preparing
food items to be served to customers. Follows complex recipes and/or product directions for
preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving soups, meats, vegetables,
desserts and other foodstuffs for consumption in eating establishments.
• Prepares foods by operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix
ingredients, washing, peeling, cutting and shredding fruits and vegetables, and trimming and
cutting meat, poultry or fish for culinary use.
• Selects recipes per menu cycle, prepares bakery items, receives inventory, moves and lifts
foodstuffs and supplies and prepares meals for customers requiring special diets.
• May clean and sanitize work stations and equipment and must follow all Sodexo, client and
regulatory rules, policies and procedures.
• Any other reasonable request as detailed by manager.
Qualifications:
A successful applicant must have the following:
• 4+ years previous experience in the food industry is a must, knowledge of safe food
handling practices and the ability to pass food safety exams and/or trainings.
• Must have a minimum of a High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, be able to understand and follow HAACP guidelines and
pass certification exams. Must pass ServSafe Training.
• Must have a team player attitude, dependable, reliable and respectable; exemplify
leadership qualities and professionalism with excellent customer service skills.
• Physical Demands: Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform
the work, such as agility, dexterity and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying
or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.

PAY RATE: $14.75+ PER HOUR
Position Summary:
The Starbucks Supervisor II (In-Store Manager’s) responsibilities may include, but are not
limited to the following:
• Serves as a working supervisor coordinating activities of Barista employees engaged in
customer service, cashier, food handling and cleaning.
• Reports prepared to work on time in proper attire. Creates/ inputs schedules to ensure staffing
needs.
• Assists in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Assists in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service
and/or productivity.
• Completes inventory of unit to place online/ telephone orders for all store items.
• Provides excellent customer service skills. Attend Frontline Leadership meetings/ trainings.
• Assists in the supervision of day-to-day activities of subordinates and assigns responsibility for
specific work and/or functional activities.
• Orients and trains employees.
• Delivers EXCELLENT Customer service to Internal and External Customers; ensures all staff do
the same.
• Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to lead duties.
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem
resolution.
• Ensures staff has punched in for shift, out & in for 30 min. lunch break, and out at the end of
their shift.
• Assists staff in maintaining organization in back and front of the house areas.
• Attends all departmental meetings.
• Treats staff, clients, and management with respect and common courtesy.
• Ensures food/ drink quality & presentation are adhered to at all times.
• Assists staff to replenish menu items when necessary.
• Any other reasonable requests as detailed by management.
Qualifications:
