History
SI Systems Technologies LLC (SIST) is a Joint Venture (JV) between Stanfield Systems Inc. (SSI) and
Infinite Technologies Inc. (ITI), companies whose combined talents serve Federal local, and State
requirements through our core competencies, experience, and successful track record of performance.
SIST technical and managerial experience provide a diverse set of skills and accomplishments covering
a wide range of information systems technologies, projects, and all phases of the system development
life cycle.
Both companies realized synergies from dedication, commitment, and expertise, to produce greater
value to our customers. By joining forces but remaining devoid of burdensome overhead costs, we form
a complete solution with qualities that rival larger entities and corporations without sacrificing quality
and efficiency.
Core competencies include software engineering, comprehensive information
technology solutions, and technical staffing that provide diverse skills in support of our clients’ most
difficult projects. We develop and support applications across all business functions, from logistics to
intelligence, information technology to finance. With domain knowledge in Program Management,
Logistics Management, Systems Engineering, Financial Management, and Requirements Development,
our staff of highly-skilled Department of Defense (DoD)-centric IT specialists deployed across the
United States spans the IT spectrum. SIST members’ have completed successful projects for both
Federal and State agencies including: Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Air Force
– Material Command (valued at $18-$21B billion annually), California Energy Commission, California
Secretary of State, California Department of Social Services – Child Protective Services, California
Department of Transportation, and both of California's Public Employees and Teacher Retirement
systems (CalPERS @ $200B and CalSTRS @ $108B in assets). SIST members’ maintain a valued
presence at Headquarters (HQ) Air Force, Major Command (MAJCOM) HQs, National Guard Bureau
(NGB) and several large Air Force field installations. Throughout our history, we have demonstrated a
clear understanding of customer requirements and vision, repeatedly garnering praise from Functional
Leaders and System Program Managers. In all cases, SIST members’ quickly delivered low cost
complex applications with a high degree of value and customer satisfaction.
SIST’s Senior Management consists of former Air Force and Army officers, senior-level DoD civilians,
and Information Technology (IT) professionals who have direct insight into DoD’s goals and objectives
and possess the expertise necessary to design, implement, and sustain complex IT application
environments. Our technical vision comes from key leaders such as our Chief Technology Officer
(CTO), a former Air Force Institute of Technology IT professor, our technical advisory board, which
includes a former Air Force MAJCOM Chief Information Officer (CIO), and our key technical staff
members with decades of IT solution development experience.
Our repeated long-term success at system sustainment and evolution is based on an established culture
