Cloud company for SAP Business ByDesign
ALPHA Business Solutions forms all4cloud
Kaiserslautern (Germany), April 15, 2015 – ALPHA Business Solutions AG has
created a division for SAP Business ByDesign by forming a new company,
all4cloud GmbH & Co. KG, a 100% cloud company. The new company aims to
become the leading consulting company for business software in the cloud,
using SAP’s cloud ERP solution.
According to the high-tech association BITKOM, the German market for cloud
computing for business customers is expected to see strong growth. In the next three
years the market will increase by 35 percent up to 19.8 billion Euros. “There will be
high demand for software-as-a-service solutions in general and in particular cloudERP solutions,” says Henrik Hausen, chief executive of the newly established all4cloud,
of the positive market prospects.
With the new company all4cloud seeks to reinforce its market positioning and
underline its philosophy as a 100% cloud company with SAP Business ByDesign as its
focus. With SAP Business ByDesign, small and medium-sized companies are able to
manage their entire business more efficiently – whether on the go, from the office,
national or international. The company has a customer base of more than 30 mediumsized companies.
The shareholder structure of all4cloud stays with ALPHA Business Solutions AG. For
now all4cloud retains its location in Kaiserslautern. Henrik Hausen has been appointed
as chief executive. all4cloud is a SAP Gold Partner and Master VAR (value-added
reseller) and member of the SAP Extended Business Program of SAP Germany SE &
Co. KG.
“Forming all4cloud shows that we made the right strategic decision with the
establishment of an SAP Business ByDesign business area in 2008. Today the business
is consolidated, which has enabled us to launch an independent cloud company on
the market. Not only our investments, but also the investments of our customers in

The forming of all4cloud was enabled by the fusion of proALPHA and ALPHA Business
Solutions that was announced on April 15, 2015, with all4cloud designated to
concentrate on the cloud business. The new company plans to develop other sectors
and generate additional solutions for SAP Business ByDesign. “With all4cloud we
created a foundation for further growth,” says Henrik Hausen.
