Objective: The purpose of the inventory is to find out about your own study habits.
Directions: Read each statement and consider how it applies to you. Do not over think your responses.
Go with your “gut” feeling. If the statement does apply, circle the word YES after the statement. If it
does not apply, circle the word NO. Your teacher will tell you what your results mean.
