Pension Protection Fund
Job Description
The Pension Protection Fund was established to pay compensation to members of
eligible defined benefit pension schemes, when there is a qualifying insolvency event
in relation to the employer and where there are insufficient assets in the pension
scheme to cover Pension Protection Fund levels of compensation. The Financial
Assistance Scheme is administered by the Pension Protection Fund.

Manages a team of management information associates and assistants providing
insightful management information services and analysis to support the successful
delivery of schemes through the assessment and wind up process, alongside wider
organisational objectives, creating a dynamic and inspiring environment in which
people thrive and strive for continuous improvement.
Main Duties of the Job
1.
Work closely with all levels of staff to deliver strategic information, intelligence
and knowledge which will include (but not limited to):
 End-to-End MI production
 Monthly KPI report
 Quarterly Annual Report

Provide Management Information input into projects relating to the design and
delivery of process improvements.

Strategic business analysis: providing MI across the Operations area (at all
levels) which provokes change and drives strategic thinking within the business.
Pro-actively seeks out areas for improving the quality of the management
information and has confidence to challenge the status quo.

Has a passion for fostering talent, from initiating personal development through
to managing poor performance, always placing staff development at the
forefront of their leadership.
