Formed when MAGMA or LAVA COOLS
AND HARDENS (SOLIDIFIES)
Examples: Obsidian & Granite


COOLING and MELTING of any rock.
2. SEDIMENTARY ROCKS
 Formed
when rocks are
WEATHERED and ERODED,
sediments get COMPACTED and
CEMENTED into solid rocks.
